The officers of Florida National University observed that many Hispanic citizens in the south Florida area didn't have the resources to enroll in and complete post secondary education. These individuals have established the Foundation in memory of Dr. Jose Regueiro to provide the scholarships, grants and assistance needed for  these people to advance their education by attending the college or university of their choice.
